They all tell the same story:
The Swedish police is incapable of solving crimes.
Burglaries.
Economic crime.
Murders.

They might as well advertise to traffickers, drug dealers and homicidal psychopaths “Come to Sweden – Playground for the cunning entrepreneur”

Room for improvement? Obviously.
Signs of improvement? The opposite:

Fined: the guy that honked his horn at an undercover policeman who had parked his car like a jerk. And kids who practice file sharing.

Perversion.
